The Logistics Process & Change Lead will:

Lead logistics transformational projects and key operational initiativesDrive improvement and sustainability of logistics processes and capabilitiesManage system issues resolution with IT and logistics teamsEnsure data quality in logistics master data and transactional operationsDevelop and deliver logistics systems training and supportOptimize transportation and warehouse management processes

Job DescriptionDevelop strong partnerships with Logistics teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutionsLead root cause analysis for logistics-related issues and develop sustainable solutionsDesign and implement improved NA Logistics processes and proceduresTrack logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesCreate and present strategic recommendations to senior managementParticipate actively in global logistics excellence communitiesResearch and implement industry best practices in logistics operations

Qualifications

Critical Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in SC Management, Logistics, Business, Economics or related fieldDeep understanding of transportation and warehouse management systemsAdvanced knowledge of logistics technology and automation toolsUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and commercial interfaces

Critical Experience

5+ years of experience in logistics operationsTransportation or warehouse management experience requiredExtensive knowledge of TMS/WMS systemsProject management expertise with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projectsChange management experience in complex organizations
