Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. This role involves managing container movement, tracking data, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has an interest in logistics or account management.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure visibility of container loads via Excel and logistics portalsMonitor and manage disruptions through internal portalsRun and analyze reports (e.g., container inactivity or delays)Track containers within your assigned regionVerbally report on operational updates within your scopeConduct deep-dive analyses on container delays and present findings to stakeholdersUse Excel to track and manage container data (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)Communicate effectively via Chime, Slack, email, and during bridge callsManage a personal book of business with assigned volumeIdentify and resolve issues across the supply chain using data insightsRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with a passion for dataPreferred QualificationsExperience with MS Access and SQLFamiliarity with manufacturing, transportation, or distribution environmentsProven ability to manage and analyze large datasetsDemonstrated success in using data to drive process improvements

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
