TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Analyst to join our Operations & Logistics team. This key position supports the planning, coordination and performance optimization of transportation activities essential to offshore and onshore operations.

Activities

Your Impact

As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will:

Support HSE initiatives through compliance monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.Lead development of the 90‑day Integrated Vessel Schedule with inputs from Assets, Projects, Wells and Shore Base teams.Assist in planning and executing multi‑modal logistics (marine, aviation, road) for exploration, production, drilling and maintenance.Monitor vessel utilization, marine spread needs and compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL and internal standards.Track helicopter movements, aviation SLAs and cost performance to ensure safe and efficient offshore transport.Maintain the Logistics Transportation Manual and ensure adherence to Company Requirements and GS procedures.Prepare weekly scorecards, monthly KPI dashboards and analytics on reliability, efficiency, fuel use and cost‑to‑serve.Support contract and budget management including invoice audits, rate reviews and SAP SES. What We Are Looking For

Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or equivalent discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations, planning, cost management and coordination. Experience in offshore operations and supply chain environments is an added advantage. Strong working knowledge of shore base, marine and aviation logistics management. Understanding of regulatory requirements for marine, aviation and road transport, including PETRONAS MPM processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in dashboard and data analysis tools.  Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
