Logistics Manager

ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across our warehouse and transportation networks. We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will play a key role
in shaping the future of our logistics strategy and driving operational excellence.

As Logistics Manager you are part of a team of leaders that are responsible for growing our Logistics team’s operations and capabilities and becoming part of our recently shaped
Supply Chain Team.

Our Logistics needs and volume are growing rapidly, and we are looking for someone to define, plan and execute new Logistics Projects in the areas of Warehousing, Transportation and Freight forwarding with a focus on Performance and cost improvements and developing new capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project management responsibilities to define, plan and execute on Logistics related projects
2. Analyze inbound and outbound warehouse operations and identify improvement opportunities
3. Review and identify transportation related improvement opportunities, including but not limited to modes of transport, carriers, routes, delivery schedules etc.
4. Conduct regular audit visits to our 3PL partner locations, ensuring all are complying with our standards
5. Work with our sourcing teams as we develop new products to identify optimal packaging and handling needs
6. Manage NPIs (New Product Introductions) into our logistics and train and manage all partners so they are prepared for new product launches
7. Lead or support ramp-up of new Distribution Centers
8. Lead or support onboarding of new Transportation partners
9. Identify areas for cost improvements across warehousing and transportation
10. Become an expert in our WMS and TMS systems
11. Establish base line metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the performance of our logistics suppliers

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in logistics management, with proven success in warehouse and/or transport operations.
• Experience implementing process improvements and scaling logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of logistics software (e.g., Extensive/WMS, TMS, JDE/Other ERP systems).
