Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting mission-critical operations, optimizing supply chains, and delivering exceptional results for our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Strong knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems. + Develop, implement, and manage logistics plans to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization. + Analyze logistical requirements and forecast resource needs (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials). + Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across various transportation modes, as required. + Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in logistical operations and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows. + Implement and maintain best practices in logistics management, leveraging technology and data-driven methodologies. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably within the defense industry. **Skills:** + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in logistics management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems). + Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. **Knowledge:** + Understanding of DoD logistics policies, procedures, and regulations. **Clearance:** + Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
