Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to work at Guam supporting IBCS -Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Product Support Team. IBCS provides Command/Control and Integrated Fire Control capabilities for a distributed Air and Missile Defense Enterprise. IBCS connects sensors and effectors never designed to work together into one command and control system. IBCS gives warfighters an expanded view of the battlespace, allowing them to act quickly and decisively. IBCS is revolutionizing how U.S. and Allied Forces integrate across all domains, delivering advanced warfighter capabilities.
The primary responsibilities involve the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. In this role, the logistics management analyst will ensure the execution of standard logistics processes including the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Managing all unit-level supplies and equipment, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory. Efficient flow of spares, tracking vendor repairs, performing warehouse support, work order processing, and reporting of material disposition at our Guam site.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Serves as a technical consultant to management regarding logistics policies, plans, and objectivesConducts specialized tasks such as work order management for field repairs by opening work orders for Field Service Representatives (FSR), updating during repair activities and cycles, and closing work orders at the completion of repair activitiesMaintains accountability of spares and facilitates material distribution in support of field repairsCollects and reports technical data, metrics, and status of operationsAttend boards and meetings to track the disposition of materialsAccounts for and maintains records of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)Provides specialized expertise while operating information management systems to maintain records and provide status and reportingReports cost and schedule information for items dispositioned for vendor repairRepresents the organization as a prime contact to customer counterpartDevelops and deliver presentations to program and customer leadershipDemonstrates ability to properly package and handle equipment during shipping and receivingSupports material fielding with inventories and handover documentationBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience or a High School diploma / equivalent with 7 years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree Experience using the COLTS database - Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) or other similar systemAbility to work on site GuamUnderstanding of the material replenishment system and technical attributes of supply managementMinimum of 3 years of experience in the performance of sparing operations and material controlExpert level of ability (minimum of 3 years of experience) in estimating resource requirementsDemonstrated ability to work across multiple Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Logistics disciplinesSecret Clearance
