Your Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Registering transportation invoices in the internal system. Creating transport orders according to operational requirements. Generating AWBs (Air Waybills) for the delivery and pickup of goods. Supporting document management and communication with involved departments.

Requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents. Ability to work with IT systems for managing orders and invoices. Good communication skills and teamwork. Willingness to learn and participate in the daily activities of the logistics department. Organizational and time management skills.

Desired Skills (optional)

Intermediate English language proficiency. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
