Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** The **Logistics Expert** is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics support through the end-to-end management of supply chain activities and processes. This role ensures the flawless operation of the organization by overseeing HQ and third-party procurement, inventory integrity, and order-to-invoice workflows. As a key partner to both Service and Commercial departments, the Logistics Expert identifies process gaps, mitigates risks, and implements innovative solutions to support the affiliate’s goals and the broader health ecosystem. This is a backfill position within the framework of the ASPIRE Deployment **Project which is valid for a fixed-term period until May 31, 2027.** The primary objective of this role is to ensure business continuity by covering the daily operational scope and responsibilities of colleagues who are dedicated to the ASPIRE project. By providing expert guidance and proactive knowledge sharing, the job holder ensures that our business remains compliant, competitive and effective during this transformative period. **The Opportunity** Business Continuity & ASPIRE Support + Operational Backfill: Actively take over and manage the daily and emerging supply chain activities of colleagues focusing on the ASPIRE Deployment Project, ensuring no disruption in service or compliance and keeping them up to date with the actual progress. Supply Chain & Operational Excellence + Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, labeling, and supporting customs/toll activities. + Master Data Integrity: Guarantee high-quality master data maintenance for pricing, contracts, customers, and products within SAP and Rexis (CRM). + Order-to-Cash: Oversee the Order-to-Invoice processand ensure service contract documentation is accurately prepared and delivered to customers. + Tender Support: Provide logistical expertise and documentation for public procurement activities, ensuring compliance with tender and customer contract requirements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management + Cross-functional Synergy: Partner with Service, Commercial, and Global Business Support teams to ensure timely product supply and efficient problem resolution. + Vendor Relations: Maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships with third-party service providers and vendors. + Global & Regional Alignment: Collaborate with international Roche teams to align local operations with global standards and system enhancements. Compliance & Systems + Standards Adherence: Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, MedTech guidelines, and internal Roche policies. **Who you are** + Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. + Professional Track Record: Relevant experience in supply chain, customer service, or logistics, preferably within a highly regulated industry. + Technical Skills: Ability for using systems and tools such us SAP and CRM systems (Rexis/Salesforce).
