Direct and oversee all warehouse and QC operations across North American sites (CA, IL, and\nCanada).\n● Manage relationships and performance with 3PL partners to ensure service levels, cost\nefficiency, and on-time delivery.\n● Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order\nfulfillment.\n● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve\naccuracy and speed.\n● Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and carrier\nperformance.\n● Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Merchandising teams to\nensure seamless flow of goods and information.\n● Establish and track KPIs related to fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery performance.\n● Evaluate and integrate technology solutions (WMS, TMS, automation tools) to increase\noperational visibility and efficiency.\n● Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all warehouse\noperations.\n● Manage and develop warehouse leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and\ncontinuous improvement.\n● Develop and manage operational budgets and workforce planning to support current and future\nbusiness needs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain\nmanagement, including multi-site leadership or any similar combination of education and\nexperience\n● Experience in consumer goods, preferably Ecommerce\n● Proven experience developing, implementing, and improving complex processes within an\norganization.\n● Experience managing key metrics with demonstrated ability to share insight from data with key\nstakeholders.\n● Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships and large-scale distribution operations.\n● Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.\n● Experience implementing process improvements and operational systems (e.g., WMS/TMS).\n● Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n● Proven experience building and managing a high performing management team.\n● Great communication, time management, and organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
