Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary

The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff Safely operate a company van or tragon with trailer as required Use company-issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures Physical Requirements Walk up to approximately 5 miles per day Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable using smartphone technology and package tracking systems Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and messaging tools such as Slack Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Work Environment Physically active, campus-based delivery and shipping/receiving setting Combination of indoor and outdoor work Fast-paced, customer-focused role Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, temperature changes, and potential paper cuts Exposure to various weather conditions when traveling between buildings Daily in-person and telephone interaction with customers, employees, managers, and dispatch Occasional contact with vendors and equipment repair personnel Work under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, which may result in elevated stress levels Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing or pulling wheeled equipment weighing up to 400 lbs Walking between buildings is required Disclaimer
