Logistics Coordinator/Remote Gate Agent

Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as a Remote Gate Agent, supporting drivers nationwide through two-way audio and video communication to verify truck specifications and processes. You will coordinate, communicate, and provide daily updates to all parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
Responsibilities
+ Act as Remote Gate Agent for driver support using audio/video communication.
+ Verify and identify specifications on trucks and processes.
+ Coordinate and communicate updates daily to involved parties at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
+ Manage gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on daily operations.
+ Engage in clear communication with approximately 200 drivers daily.
Essential Skills
+ Extremely detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Quick learner and technically savvy.
+ Strong customer service skills and awareness.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone etiquette.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ year of high-volume customer support experience, preferably in call centers.
+ Strong job tenure and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in retail customer service from companies like SBUX or the restaurant industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and keyboard shortcuts.
+ Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Work Environment
This position requires on-site work five days a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
