Interface with the Risk Manager, Escort, and Insurance Company according to the values of invoices to be shipped/transported; 2. Monitors collections and deliveries with drivers; 3. Receiving, checking, and delivering documents (FRM) to logistics-CTD for preparation release of daily shipments; 4. Supervises the checking and preparation of cargo for shipment and delivery; 5. Monitors the loading and unloading of cargo at airlines with drivers; 6. Enters and updates data in systems (Bsoft and Maestro); 7. Provides guidance and training on operational activities; 8. Internal and external coordination of drivers; 9. Verifies vehicle maintenance and cleanliness; 10. Internal customer support (Impo, Expo, Domestic, CS, CTD, and related departments); 11. Fleet management - Quality, fueling, inspections, regulations, costs, maintenance, tolls, fines, etc.; 12.Contracting third-party freight and service providers for transportation, when applicable; 13. Monitoring points for fines on drivers' driver's licenses, taking appropriate action if applicable; 14.Checking and releasing cargo to third-party carriers; 15. Issuing transportation documents (DACT-e, MDF-e, and related documents) when necessary; 16.Responsible for updating and monitoring own and third-party drivers throughout Brazil, in conjunction with the risk management company; 17.Assists the Supervisor in all department-related activities; 18. Performs any other duties related to their responsibilities. General 1. Provide telephone assistance whenever necessary, with courtesy and clarity of information. 2. Maintain good communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. 3. Ensure that all collections are carried out in accordance with the research center's requests. 4. Ensure accuracy in checking the documents required for export. 5.
