**Logistics Coordinator - Bolingbrook, IL** **1st SHIFT - $20/HR+** **Job Description** As a Logistics Coordinator, you will demonstrate proven ability in domestic and international shipping, utilizing your experience with Microsoft Suites, ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP, and Freight Portals. You will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team, and is comfortable working beyond standard hours when necessary. An interest in technology and agile methodologies is essential. **Responsibilities** + Ensure products are shipped according to schedule and customer specifications by coordinating all shipping activities. + Troubleshoot, manage schedules, and handle conflicts effectively while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. + Back up the department manager or lead when needed. + Create pick lists for all shipments and prepare necessary documentation for shipping completed RMAs and sales orders. + Maintain all shipping documentation including QC, BOL, CI, and NAFTA. + Coordinate pickups to meet customer requirements and issue required materials, updating the system accordingly. + Support the purchasing department in returning defective materials to suppliers, ensuring best practices for product integrity during transit. + Escalate shortages to the supervisor promptly. + Complete inventory projects such as time and efficiency studies, update KPI graphs, and manage the receipt of materials. **Essential Skills** + Experience with logistics, customer service, data entry, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and freight management. + Strong communication and conflict management skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in third-party logistics and shipping/receiving. + Ability to support a lean and fast-paced organization. + Capability to manage aggressive timelines through rapid prototyping and effective feedback loops. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values technology enthusiasts and promotes a dynamic work environment.
