JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure robust and reliable logistics operations by resolving system‑related issues, maintaining accurate stock control processes, and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain network. It plays a key part in safeguarding flawless logistics performance while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily logistics operational tasks, including resolving ad‑hoc issues, managing stock bookings, and overseeing all stock‑controlling activities.Manage interface issues between SAP and the Third‑Party Logistics Provider Warehouse Management System, including missing messages, failed bookings, and system interruptions.Provide daily operational support to Warehouse and Distribution operations to ensure deliveries are on time, complete, and accurate.Serve as the first point of contact for Customer Service, Planning, and Repack teams on all technical and process‑related inbound and outbound matters.Conduct data mining and perform detailed data analysis to support logistics projects and drive operational efficiency improvements.Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics efficiency, cost, and performance reporting.Collect and align process requirements between Unilever and Third‑Party Logistics Providers, ensuring that warehousing and distribution processes fully meet customer expectations.Implement process improvements and operational optimizations, supporting project actions within a 3–12‑month time horizon.Represent the region in the European Key User Network by sharing and collecting best practices from the Central and Eastern Europe key user community.Create, update, and maintain Business Process Manuals and other process documentation to ensure consistent and compliant logistics operations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Logistics Management/Engineering/ EconomicsExperience within Logistics/Distribution/Supply Chain, but fresh graduates with intern experience in related area are also welcomed!Fluent in English.Extensive SAP knowledge (IM/WM system primarily).Strong analytical skills with high interest in IT capabilities.Power BI capabilities, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of a Balkan language is a plus.Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment while retaining regular links with key stakeholders.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
