Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Management)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. This role is data-entry intensive, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in QuickBooks, so advanced computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments

Receive, verify, and document inventory accurately

Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies

Perform heavy data entry and transaction processing in QuickBooks

Prepare shipping documentation and reports

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management preferred

Strong computer skills with proven experience using QuickBooks

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and communication skills
