Logistics Coordinator

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to report to the Vernon Hills site once per week. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and end times between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM CST.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Order Entry, Customer Service, or Operational capacity.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) for at least 2 years.High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or Supply Chain industry.Experience quoting prices for customers/sales teams.Bachelor's Degree.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team with various logistical processes. You will work closely with different departments to ensure the smooth operation of our 'Buy and Hold' offerings, manage inventory updates, and ensure accurate pricing and billing.

Responsibilities

Assist the Sales team with price quoting, price calculations, and inventory updates on 'Buy and Hold' offerings.Coordinate steps with various internal departments throughout the Buy and Hold process.Gather information from various departments to facilitate the Buy and Hold process.Communicate issues and updates to designated sales teams or directly with the end-using customer.Engage in heavy email and chatter communication with sales team members.Provide daily maintenance and updates on logs, reports, and systems.Process orders and perform data entry tasks.Work out of a queue on each project, following protocols to ensure pricing and billing accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
