Main responsbilities: Provides a second check verification of accuracy for shipment leaving the company. Assist in various tasks in the logistics department Receives and restock shipping supplies • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Especially important for this role as a "floater" supporting several departments - they will be depended on • Assist with customer service needs; answering the phone and greeting visitors in a professional manner when needed. • Perform daily second checks for all outgoing orders, ensure all material accuracy compared to paperwork before the shipment leaves the company. • Assists in packaging orders for shipments • Trained to be backup for ELISA Kit and AP vials order fulfillment. • Receive shipping supplies when they are delivered and organize them into the warehouse. Restocks shipping supplies upstairs and notifies logistics manager of low inventory as needed. • Restocks Ice packs in freezer • Notifies shipping manager of low shipping supply inventory as needed. • Receives water delivery • Facilitates lab coats and laundry pickup and drop off. • Assist in vialing, labeling, raw material receiving and material requests as needed • Keeps work areas and storage areas clean and removes garbage as necessary. • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. • Respectfully takes direction from Logistics Manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent and two or more year(s) related experience in administration, warehousing and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs and basic algebra. (basic math understanding units, volume to be able to accurately check product) - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to type or dial, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires frequent computer use.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
