Job Title: Air Export Gateway Agent

Work Environment

The role is on-site from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, in a renovated office space with updated furniture. The environment is business casual and corporate. Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.Experience with data entry and email communication.Strong customer service skills.Freight forwarding experience.High School Diploma.1+ years of office and logistics experience preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.Organized and self-starter.Ability to take initiative.

Job Description

The Air Export Gateway Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of air cargo, in alignment with the company's mission statement and strategy, while adhering to applicable governmental regulations. This operational role involves inputting information into Excel, maintaining updated communication with airlines, and ensuring emails are current.

Responsibilities

Coordinate requests from airlines.Arrange export shipments with airlines.Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments.Maintain constant communication with airlines to update shipment information.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
