Logistics Coordinator
**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator** Job Description The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing day-to-day logistics activities, including processing and outbound operations for tooling ranging from large to medium sizes. Responsibilities + Assist in logistics, processing, and outbound activities for large to medium-sized tooling. + Manage inventory using SAP. + Stage repairs and prepare kits for technicians. + Conduct prechecks and minor quality inspections of incoming tools. + Forecast tool purchases and maintain inventory levels. + Communicate with the supply chain team to ensure workflow continuity. Essential Skills + Proficiency in logistics management. + Strong customer service skills. + Competence in Microsoft Office applications. + Experience with SAP software. + Supply chain knowledge. + Excellent computer skills, including typing, email, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in logistics or warehouse management, including inventory, shipping, and receiving. + Experience with SAP or ERP systems. + Strong computer proficiency. + Sit-down forklift experience is a plus. The shift is from 7AM to 3:30PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
