Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will primarily work with Regional Sales and Sales Managers to coordinate deliveries, shipments, and customer service orders. This role involves internally supporting the sales team, processing pickups and deliveries, and handling customer retention and inquiries. Additionally, the coordinator will answer customer phone calls and manage minor accounting duties such as accounts receivable and payable.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate deliveries, shipments, and customer service orders with Regional Sales and Sales Managers.Support the sales team internally.Process pickups and deliveries efficiently.Handle customer retention and respond to customer inquiries.Answer phone calls from customers promptly and courteously.Perform minor accounting duties, including accounts receivable and payable.Assist in setting up pickups or deliveries.Make minimal calls for collections.Essential SkillsExperience in shipping and receiving.Strong customer service skills.Administrative support skills.Proficiency with Google Office tools.Experience in deliveries and shipments.Warehouse shipping and logistics knowledge.Must be computer literate.Comfortable handling phone calls.Willingness to work within an office setting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience in customer service and logistics.Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
