About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading oil and gas company to hire a Logistics Coordinator with strong SAP experience and a background in supply chain or shipment logistics. This is a hybrid role supporting a collaborative team of 75 professionals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage orders in SAPCoordinate shipments from port to final destinationHandle Bills of Lading (BOL)and vendor communicationsBreak down and reconcile billing in SAPInterpret and process order requests from various vendorsCommunicate effectively via phone and emailCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operationsQualifications
Must-Haves:
1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chainProficiency in SAPExperience with shipment coordination(BOL, vendors, port-to-site logistics)Strong communication and organizational skillsNice-to-Haves:
Background in oil, gas, energy, or industrial shippingExperience working in amid-sized office environmentWork Environment & Schedule

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
