Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in logistics or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess experience in reading and understanding bills of lading and demonstrate proficiency in EDI software and the Microsoft Suite. SAP experience is required.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage logistics operations effectively.Utilize EDI software and Microsoft Suite for daily tasks.Read and interpret bills of lading accurately.Collaborate with freight forwarders and transportation teams.Provide exceptional customer service in logistics operations.Handle supply chain management and invoicing processes.Essential SkillsExperience in logistics or a related field.Proficiency in EDI Software and Microsoft Suite.SAP experience.Ability to read and understand bills of lading.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of supply chain management.Strong customer service skills.Experience with invoicing processes.Work Environment

The work environment offers flexibility with start and end times, ensuring an 8-hour workday. Training will be conducted onsite three days a week for the first month, after which the role will transition to onsite work 1-2 days a week with the remainder of the time working from home. The company provides necessary equipment, including a laptop and monitor, and uses SAP for system operations, having transitioned from an Oracle-based system. There is an opportunity for growth into a team lead position, with clear training and support from superusers for system usage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
