Logistics Coordinator
We are hiring for a Data Entry and Logistics Coordinator! Job Description We are seeking a diligent and organized Data Entry and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing communications with team members, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and handling data entry tasks using MS Excel, ERP systems, and MS Word. Responsibilities + Process sales orders, including order acknowledgment, corrections, price checks, and input into the system. + Update customers on order status. + Contact suppliers and coordinate delivery schedules. + Enter data into the company's customized system. + Manage documentation, data entry, and filing tasks. + Perform any other related duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and any software used for processing sales and purchase orders. + 1 to 3 years of working experience in import/export, logistics, or trading companies is preferred. + Experience in order processing and document creation. + Excellent communication skills. + Organized and detail-oriented. + Japanese speaking and writing skills are preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3-5 years of global procurement experience is preferred. + Proficiency in Outlook MS Office suite. + Japanese communication skills are an advantage. Work Environment This position offers a remote work environment with a 9-5 pm schedule. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
