Logistics Coordinator – Contract Role with potential Location: Bridgeton, MO Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (some flexibility) Assignment Length: February 1 – August 1 Pay Rate: $31 – $35.50/hour (based on experience) MUST PROVIDE AN UPDATED RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION. Join Hussmann, a Panasonic company, as a Logistics Coordinator and help us manage growing national accounts with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Do Coordinate equipment orders and deliveries. Maintain job files, including work orders, purchase orders, and shipping requests. Issue purchase orders and review acknowledgments. Prepare accurate monthly job forecasts and verify credit approvals. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth job completion. Assist with billing discrepancies and provide timely resolutions. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years in logistics, coordination, or related roles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desire for continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
