Logistics Associate
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and biomedical equipment industry, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the Operations department supporting warehouse and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Logistics Associate **Location: Grand Rapids, MI** **Pay Range: $17** **Shift: 8am-4:30pm Mon.-Fri.** **What's the Job?** + Execute all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management efficiently and accurately. + Process incoming shipments by unloading, inspecting, verifying, and stocking inventory. + Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating carrier pickups. + Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records within the inventory management system. + Support inventory organization, perform cycle counts, and monitor stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. + At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. + Experience with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight carriers) and inventory management software. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive pay based on experience. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Engage in meaningful work supporting healthcare operations. + Gain valuable experience in logistics and warehouse management. + Be part of a team that values professionalism and dedication.
