Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in carrier performance scoresCollaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvementsSupport the development of reports, dashboards, and metrics to guide business decisionsExtract and analyze data using tools like Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, and SQLRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related fieldEntry-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvementsComfortable working in an operational, non-phone-based rolePreferred QualificationsExperience in transportation and data analysis (SQL, Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)Intermediate Excel skills (charts, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)1+ years in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain1+ years of management experienceBachelor’s degree is a plusWork Environment100% onsite in Nashville, TNMultiple shift options available:Sunday–WednesdayWednesday–SaturdayEntry-level corporate role with opportunities for growth within transportation teamsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
