Logistics Analyst I
Job Description

This role contributes to the success of the company by delivering high-level account and functional support for Logistics Services, with a focus on order and account management within the Channel business. The position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective logistics execution, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal and external partners across planning, distribution, channel development, and manufacturing.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily logistics operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to address service disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with logistics policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.Collaborate with planning, distribution, and retail operations teams to align logistics execution with business objectives.Participate in meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts to support operational goals.Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency.Maintain accurate records and reporting to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operationsTeam & Work EnvironmentHighly collaborative team within Channel DevelopmentMix of independent work and cross-functional interactionRegular engagement with North America Channel Partners (NACP) and third-party customers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
