Position Overview: Account Specialist
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hrTeam Focus: Improving shipper performance through coaching, data analysis, and defect resolutionKey Responsibilities
Monitor, verify, and present transportation data dailyIdentify and resolve transportation defects and disruptionsMaintain logs and lead weekly calls with assigned shippersConduct Daily Business Review stand-up callsCollaborate with internal teams to drive performance improvementsMust-Have Skills
Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple databases and systemsStrong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Experience in account or vendor management supporting B2B clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-Have Skills
Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, intermodal, or salesStrong relationship-building and organizational abilitiesExperience managing disruptions and coordinating across teamsCandidates from industries like event planning, real estate, or hospitality have shown success in similar rolesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
