Position Overview: Account Specialist + Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hr + Team Focus: Improving shipper performance through coaching, data analysis, and defect resolution Key Responsibilities + Monitor, verify, and present transportation data daily + Identify and resolve transportation defects and disruptions + Maintain logs and lead weekly calls with assigned shippers + Conduct Daily Business Review stand-up calls + Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance improvements Must-Have Skills + Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple databases and systems + Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) + Experience in account or vendor management supporting B2B clients + Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills + Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, intermodal, or sales + Strong relationship-building and organizational abilities + Experience managing disruptions and coordinating across teams + Candidates from industries like event planning, real estate, or hospitality have shown success in similar roles Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
