And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.** **We are looking for:** **Logistic & Tolling Controller:** Finance support for the Global business units of Novecare, Technology solutions and Aroma related to Tolling & Warehousing activities. + Partner with the Supply Chain teams, regional industrial controllers, and plants to ensure ample coverage of all combined duties and tasks. Also, help in the continuation of the standardization process. + Supporting Supply Chain and Global Industrial controller to co-ordinate following functions related to freight, warehouses and tollings including but not limited to the following: **We count on you for:** + BW Reporting for Novecare, TS and Aroma monthly. Run reports, review the data and analysis for reporting purposes; fixed costs (miscellaneous production), Variable costs and leases related to tolling and warehousing activities + Costing for tolling and warehousing locations globally. + Review all monthly costing reports for issues and accuracy. + Ensure costing is done consistently within guidelines. + Support new materials master data creations, updates and adjustments. + Audit E&Y coordination on warehousing locations for third party verifications. + Perform necessary internal controls and AODOCS reviews + Analyse, perform,report and explain inventory reserves and product disposals + Physical inventory assistance – checks, reviews and approvals as needed. Help arrange and keep up with the physical inventory tracking for compliance for tolling and warehousing locations. + Contribute to Insurance data collection + Rolling forecast, Budgeting and BFR updating for tolling and warehousing locations on fixed and variable costs + Customs and duties allocation assistance- review materials for proper coding and ensure work cycles completed in a timely manner. + Freights Project assistance – such as freights and demurrage investigations, additive freights, excess misc. production costs and unplanned extra costs incurred. + Review of tolling rates- ensure a quarterly check is done for each toller to ensure all costs are included in the activity rate. + Validate one-time expenses and discuss with market to improve non-allocated variable costs + Review of all tolling and warehousing contracts with tolling managers + Collaborate with Asian warehouse controlling for Global consolidation + Support Supply Chain organization on Strategic Projects and Savings initiatives data collection and validation + Preparation of month end variable cost variances files for each global business unit + Support to Global Industrial controller for M&A projects and ad hoc analysis **You will bring:** + Experience / Competencies / Requirements + Minimum 5 years of Finance experience related to Industrial Finance Functions + Process Improvement, Simplification and Prioritization skills are necessary + Proven ability to work in cross functional teams + Self-motivated and self-led + Solid time management skills + Approaches problem solving in a methodical, logical manner + Skilled in the use of Microsoft, Google suite, and SAP, Business Warehouse + Work remotely + Education: Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits: The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $98,720 to $123,400. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, and qualifications. It can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
