Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inbound & outbound operation and communicate with 3PL over delivery issues.
Perform Custom clearance, import docs review, and inbound scheduling with 3PL.
Deploy Mars QFS standard (DQM/EMQM) to 3PL and provide guidance for NC products handling.
Collaborate with demand team for special promotion planning, execution, and co-packing activities.
Replenishment planning for Chinese labels and warehouse consumables.
Coordinate with 3PL for stock management and disposal arrangement.
Facilitate periodic KPI meeting with 3PL for performance review and key focus communication.
Prepare Logistics-related reports/projections to support business execution and improvement.
Serve as backup role for customer service executive.

Peers: Market Supply Chain Team
Other key relationships:
The role will be part of the core team under Market Logistics Manager. This role will be the spoke for logistics service within China supply team.
The role will collaborate with internal (Demand, Finance, CA teams…) and external stakeholders to deliver logistics service-related tasks and requests
Job Specifications/Qualifications1. Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum 3 years supply chain experience mainly on outbound/inbound logistics & customer service.
Degree qualified (preference), minimally Diploma in Logistics/Business Administration or related field.
2. Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 3-year experience in Logistics.
Proven ability to impart technical expertise to customers’ advantage.
Experience in a multinational consumer goods company (FMCG) environment is desirable.
Has experience in managing customs clearance and warehouse operation.
Excellent communication (both written & oral) in Chinese, and good in English.
