Job Description
Position Summary
The logistic supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing delivery routes and driver team for distribution center
Duties & Responsibilities
+ Daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet for assigned location within a direct store delivery network.
+ Assigning and supervising driver personnel with a focus on safety/regulatory compliance and controlling and maintaining delivery efficiency goals while meeting or exceeding customer service level expectations.
+ Ensure Delivery Driver SOPs are adhered to
+ Daily reconciliation of routes and driver performance through GEOTAB
+ Other duties as assigned
Education and experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associates degree preferred
+ 3 years of recent/prior fleet/driver supervisory/management experience
+ Previous experience with routing and driver dispatching
+ Prior driving experience preferred

Physical Demands
+ Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance
+ Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
+ Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
+ Climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise
+ Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment
+ Enter and locate information on computer
+ Visually verify information, often in small print
+ Safely operate a motor vehicle

Pay Range
+ $55,000 to $60,000 per year based on experience
