Logistic Operation Supervisor

Responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring on-time, accurate order processing and delivery performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, avoiding production disruptions, and supporting continuous improvement within logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Set up MRP% and source-of-supply parametersManage UNFIRM/FIRM processes within MRPReview and address MRP exception messagesAudit supplier schedule–export exceptionsMonitor component shortages, including in-transit materialsTrack materials in transit with respective carriers (standard and premium freight)Analyze supplier confirmations and manage backlogMonitor component shortages and coordinate directed cycle countsRationalize and optimize the production scheduleIssue urgent receipt notificationsCreate and update TPAs, including dispute reviewsMonitor TPAs to ensure PF (Performance Factor) targets are met

Skills & Knowledge

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and material control processes.

Analytical, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Computer literacy; SAP and EDI knowledge preferred.

Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Education & Training

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Training or experience in SAP and EDI preferred.

English proficiency required.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.
