The Logistics Analyst for service is responsible for Logistics, inventory management, including invoices, receipts/shipments, and third-party parts. Control of parts demand, inventory, importation, OSA - 0n Shelf Availibility, E&O - Excess and Obsolescence processes., Shipment and transportation of equipment and parts. Overall field service demands support.
This position reports to the Service Business Operations Coordinator and is part of the Service Department located in São Paulo - capital / SP and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Logistics and invoice performance: execution of logistics tasks, control and issuance of invoices, analysis of operations (receiving and shipping), inventory management and control of parts held by third parties.
- Parts demand performance: verification of stock movements, orders with the import team, daily monitoring (meetings and follow-ups), OSA control and responsibility for the E&O process.
- Operational support to field service: logistics of incoming and outgoing equipment for repair, sending parts for field service (direct contact with dispatcher) and communication with transport partners.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
+ Experience: strong experience in supply chain planning or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
+ Language: Intermediate English / Proficiency Portuguese
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ SAP experience and Sales Force experience
+ Advanced english
