As a Project Manager on our Localization team in Japan, you’ll manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll work closely with clients, global production teams, linguists, QA, and vendors to deliver localized content that is accurate, culturally appropriate, and ready for release.

Reporting to a Senior Production Manager, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across regions and accounts to keep projects running smoothly while meeting client expectations and business goals.

What You’ll Do:Manage end-to-end localization projects across multiple content types and platformsPlan schedules, estimates, workflows, and contingenciesLead kick-offs and align global teams across time zonesPartner with clients to define scope, timelines, and best practicesCoordinate linguists, QA, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality localized contentMonitor risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues proactivelyOwn project schedules, quality, budgets, and marginsTrack costs, forecasts, and invoicing accuratelyContribute to continuous improvement of localization workflows and tools
