Your new role
As a Local Vendor Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Manage local vendor selection, operations, and relationships to ensure optimal performance and operational excellence. Lead local execution of vendor partnerships in alignment with global strategies, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise vendor integration, address operational challenges, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee vendor selection, qualification, and onboarding in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Identify, manage, and resolve vendor-related risks and issues, contributing to vendor capability assessments and maintaining operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance. Map and actively manage the inventory of critical vendor-provisioned materials (e.g., Lab kits, eCOA tablets, medical devices). You will monitor stock levels and consumption trends to prevent stock-outs, ensuring clinical sites are fully equipped for protocol execution. Support trial teams with vendor coordination and management for Decentralised Clinical Trials (DCTs).

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-3years of experience in Clinical Operations, Vendor Management, Contracting, Customs, Commercial & Logistics or Supply Chain. Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a strong plus for interpreting complex vendor performance data. Advanced English
