Local Content Coordinator (Saudi National)

The Role
The Local Content Coordinator will support Hatch’s local content strategy across Saudi projects. This role is responsible for coordinating compliance with LCGPA, and Saudization requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to national development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Local Content Compliance & Reporting
Coordinate all reporting requirements for LCGPA, Saudization, and client local content frameworks
Prepare reports, dashboards, audits, and supporting documentation
Track local spending, national workforce metrics, supplier classifications, and service utilization
Maintain accurate internal records and documentation for all compliance activities
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant teams
Supplier Engagement & Local Procurement
Support the identification and maximizing Saudi/local suppliers
Assist procurement teams with supplier onboarding and qualification
Ensure supplier compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
Promote sourcing strategies that increase local participation
Coordinate supplier capability assessments and local supplier engagement activities
Saudization & Workforce Nationalization
Track and report Saudization metrics in alignment with national labor regulations
Collaborate with HR to support local hiring initiatives
Maintain accurate records of national workforce data
Contribute to internal programs that support the growth and development of Saudi talent
Project Delivery Support
Provide local content inputs for bids, tenders, and project execution plans
Support project managers with compliance strategies and improvement plans
Participate in project reviews and provide updates on local content progress
Assist teams with documentation required for client submissions
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance local content performance in projects
Recommend improvements to internal processes, tools, and reporting methods
Support initiatives that foster local capability development, innovation, and supplier growth
Promote alignment with Hatch’s values, culture, and commitment to the Kingdom
What You Bring to the Team
Saudi Nationality (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in local content, procurement, compliance, or similar areas
Knowledge of LCGPA, IKTVA, and Nitaqat/Saudization frameworks
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel; Power BI is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities
Experience in engineering, construction, energy, or largescale industrial projects is preferred
