Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Specialist IV in the Global Securitized Product team, you will manage daily loan servicing activities for Mortgage Finance customers. You will balance accounts, provide daily reports, and ensure all service agreements are met. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, acting as the primary interface with customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help us achieve our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Process customer funding and paydown requestsBalance customer funding and operating accountsReceive and review prefunding and post-closing documentsCreate and maintain checklists for fundings and settlementsWork with trade desk to ensure timely settlementsPerform warehouse facility maintenance and train new application usersReport, research, review, and approve cash flowsEscalate and resolve inquiries accurately and timely, adapting to business needsAnalyze client disputes and offer effective solutionsReport defects and enhancements to applications and processesParticipate in application user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years’ experience with mortgageMinimum of 5 years’ experience in client service and relationship managementProven ability to work independently with excellent judgmentExperience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related analytical experienceExtensive experience managing high volume workflow and account assignments to meet required service levelsExperience in approval and release of required agency forms submitted by clientsTeam-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skillsSelf-reliant, requires minimal supervisionHighly organized with ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesIntermediate knowledge of performance metrics, client invoices, and Excel
