As a Loan Servicing Manager III on the Commercial Real Estate Servicing Team, you will manage a team of loan servicing specialists to ensure smooth loan portfolio operations. You will interpret loan documents, interact with stakeholders, and oversee critical deadlines. Your expertise in loan servicing and lending services will guide impactful decisions and financial management. You will resolve complex issues, drive strategic planning, and foster continuous improvement. Your leadership will nurture future talent and support the growth of our Agency/Off-Balance Sheet Servicing team, enabling expansion in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and CMBS offerings.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining servicing frameworks for agency products, collaborating with commercial real estate teams, and ensuring operational readiness. Your focus on quality control, process improvement, and team development will help us deliver best-in-class servicing solutions. 7+ years of experience managing loan servicing operationsProven leadership in financial services, driving performance and improvementAdvanced conflict management skills for resolving complex issuesStrategic planning expertise in lending servicesEffective time management and multitasking skillsExperience mentoring and developing future leadersStrong leadership, motivation, and coaching abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficient knowledge of mortgage products, lending, and real estate complianceAnalytical skills for data-driven decision makingBachelor’s Degree
