Job Summary

As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the Global Securitized Product team, you will balance accounts, manage daily client activity, and resolve discrepancies for Mortgage Finance customers. You ensure Service Level Agreements are met and act as the primary daily interface with clients. You identify, research, and resolve routine issues, supporting a high-performing team.

Job ResponsibilitiesProcess customer funding and paydown requestsBalance customer funding and operating accountsPerform warehouse facility maintenance and facilitate training for new application usersReport, research, review, and approve cash flowsEnsure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries; demonstrate adaptability to business needsUtilize technology/applications to analyze client disputes and offer solutionsReport on defects and enhancements to applications and processesParticipate in application user acceptance testingDrive risk and control agenda and take personal ownershipPrioritize and manage workflow, escalating when requiredRead and analyze loan level activity with resolutionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university5 years’ experience with accounting and collateral managementProven ability to work independently with excellent judgmentExperience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related analytical experienceExtensive experience managing high volume workflow and account assignments to comply with SLAExperience in approval and release of required agency forms submitted by clientTeam-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skillsSelf-reliant, requires minimal supervisionHighly organized with ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesIntermediate knowledge in performance metrics and client invoicesIntermediate Excel and PowerPoint knowledgePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience communicating with clients over the phoneSchedule: 100% in office Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm CST
