Job Summary
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the Global Securitized Product team, you will balance accounts, manage client facilities, and ensure daily Service Level Agreements are met. You will resolve discrepancies, provide daily reports, and serve as the primary interface with Mortgage Finance customers.

Job responsibilities

Process customer funding / paydown requestsBalance customer funding and operating accounts Perform warehouse facility maintenance (haircuts, transfer, etc.) and facilitate training for new application usersReport and research as well as review and approve cash flowsEnsure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries and demonstrate adaptability, which may require working past shift based on business needsUtilize various technology/applications and analyze client disputes and offer solutions that fit both client and company needsReport on defects and enhancements to applications/processesParticipate in application user acceptance testing Drive risk and control agenda and take personal ownershipPrioritize and successfully manage workflow and escalate when requiredRead and analyse loan level activity with resolution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required5+ years’ experience with accounting and collateral managementProven ability to work independently with excellent judgmentMust have experience reading and interpreting loan documentation or related analytical experience dealing with documentation Extensive experience managing high volume workflow and account assignments to be in compliance with required SLAExtensive experience in the approval and release of required agency forms submitted by clientMust be a team-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skillsSelf-reliant, requires minimal supervision   Must be highly organized with ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyIntermediate knowledge in performance metrics and client invoices Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience communicating with clients over the phone highly preferred

Schedule – 100% in office Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (CST)
