**Job Title: Loadout Operator**
Job Description
The Loadout Technician is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading trucks, railcars, totes, and containers in compliance with company standards. This role requires the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Key responsibilities include properly documenting shipping and receiving logs, conducting initial lab analysis on inbound products, verifying freight bills, and preparing shipping documentation. The technician will also maintain cleanliness in the tank farm and trucking bay, manage inventory records, and operate material handling equipment and company vehicles safely.
Responsibilities
+ Load and unload trucks, railcars, totes, and containers according to company standards.
+ Climb and work at heights on semi-tractor trailers and railcars in varying weather conditions.
+ Document shipping and receiving logs accurately for every shipment.
+ Conduct initial lab analysis on inbound products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Verify freight bills and prepare/review packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in material handling, shipping, and receiving.
+ Proficiency in document management and data entry.
+ Skilled in loading/unloading trucks and operating forklifts.
+ Strong customer service abilities.
Work Environment
The work schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Employees must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to dust, heat, noise, and fumes. The dress code is casual with required steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and additional PPE, with uniforms provided later.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
