**Job Title: Loader** **Location:** Chambersburg, PA **Pay Rate:** $16–$17 per hour **Schedule:** + **1st Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM + **Friday:** 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM + **Overtime:** May be required based on workload **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Loader to join our shipping team. This position plays a key role in preparing our high-quality staircases, cabinets, and handrails for outbound delivery. **Responsibilities:** + Load staircases, cabinets, and handrails into trucks for shipment + Use hand jacks and other equipment to assist with loading + Support general shipping and warehouse operations + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Follow all safety protocols and procedures **Requirements:** + Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift + Safety shoes are required + Prior experience in shipping or warehouse operations is a plus + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety **Work Environment:** + Family-focused and team-oriented culture + Competitive pay with consistent hours + Opportunities for growth within a supportive company **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
