Load Builder
**Job Title: Load Builder** **Job Description** The Load Builder is responsible for preparing, loading, and unloading flatbed trailers in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires the same qualifications and expectations as a Material Handler, with the added responsibility of ensuring loads are properly secured and meet company and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities** + Safely load and unload materials onto and from flatbed trailers. + Verify load accuracy and ensure proper weight distribution. + Secure loads using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent shifting or damage during transit. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse experience + General labor experience + Forklift operation + Material handling skills + Kitting experience + Shipping knowledge **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience operating a forklift is mandatory. + Ability to provide customer service appropriately when needed. **Why Work Here?** This company offers stability with year-round work and no concerns about layoffs.
