Job Description
The LMS Administrator provides day‑to‑day operational and support services for the learning management system, ensuring courses, content, and reporting function smoothly. This role interfaces with internal teams and partners to resolve issues, support learners and administrators, and maintain system performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow, providing first‑level LMS support
Load, create, and maintain courses, classes, content, and associated reporting
Communicate system updates and guidance to learners and administrators
Coordinate with internal teams, including developers and content stakeholders
Monitor LMS functionality and ensure ongoing system availability

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of LMS administration experience
Experience creating reports from the LMS
Understanding of SCORM AICC or LTI content Sava or cornerstone (+)
