The Litigation Support Specialist ensures that client needs and expectations are satisfied in an accurate and timely manner. This role involves handling various tasks within a Matter Management & Document Collection environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform various collection tasks at the request of the Legal Litigation Team, based on provided criteria.Process various documents, report requests, and perform uploads and searches as requested by the Legal Litigation Team.Conduct extensive research in various systems for electronic and hard copy documentation for each request.Retrieve data via several programs and systems.Transfer and monitor data, including the creation of proper chain of custody forms.Communicate with other business areas to request documents, access, or help in retrieving requested documents.Provide continuous feedback on process improvements and enhancements from an onsite support team and client perspective.Assist with ongoing policy, process, and procedural creation or updates to produce output effectively and efficiently while meeting client expectations and guidelines.Record metrics for tasks completed.Provide updates on the progress of each request via email notifications or other documentation assigned to the team or project.Manage competing deadlines.Follow SOPs for received requests, including updating process changes approved by the client.

Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment with a requirement to be onsite at least 2 days a week and 4-5 days during training. Wednesday is a mandatory onsite day. The workday includes a half-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
