Job Description

Provide direct support to a high-volume commercial litigator Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence with close attention to detail Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and manage court deadlines Handle e-filing and discovery production Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial prep materials Assist with administrative tasks as needed to keep the practice running smoothly Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation Strong proofreading and organizational skills are critical Must be highly meticulous and dependable under pressure Experience managing court calendars and deadlines Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area Candidates with backgrounds in insurance defense or criminal law are less preferred but will be considered if they meet the commercial litigation requirement
