Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Litigation & Bad Faith) - Orlando, FL

A boutique law firm in Orlando, FL seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with experience in complex civil litigation. If you know your way around case files, e-discovery, and trial prep-and enjoy being the go-to problem solver-this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Handle e-filing in state, federal and appellate courts.Organize and maintain case files.Draft and maintain document chronologies and privilege logs.Prepare and organize exhibits, witness/exhibit lists, briefs, appendices, and other case filings.Build and maintain hearing, deposition, and trial notebooks.Assist with e-discovery, including bates labeling and document searches, retrieval, and management.Work in Adobe Acrobat for redactions, bookmarking, and exhibit prep.Partner with attorneys through all phases of litigation from discovery to trial.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience as a litigation paralegal (insurance litigation strongly preferred).Thorough knowledge of state and federal court procedures.Strong technical skills with Adobe Pro, PowerPoint, Westlaw, iManage, Juris (or other timekeeping software) and e-discovery platforms.Experience preparing trial materials, deposition/hearing binders, and exhibits.Excellent organizational skills-you thrive on details and deadlines.Clear, professional communication skills.A proactive team player who can also manage independent projects.Appellate experience a plus. 1446950_1770840278 To Apply for this Job Click Here
