Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a national Am Law 100 law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for long‑term career growth.

As the Litigation Paralegal, you will support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation. This position is direct hire, full-time, and hybrid (3 days in/2 days out) following the initial acclimation period.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct fact investigations and legal researchPrepare and organize pleadings, discovery, and other legal documentsManage document production and litigation databasesMaintain case files and electronic project foldersPrepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trialsAttend trials as needed and provide on‑site supportCoordinate electronic and in‑person filings and arrange serviceCollect, review, and summarize recordsAssist with calendaring and docketing deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years' commercial litigation experience or relatedBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate highly preferredExperience with Relativity and other litigation-support platformsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelExceptional organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
