Job Title: Defense Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview:

Large law firm client seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing civil litigation matters. This full-time hybrid role involves working on all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, case management, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and respond to discovery requests and legal documents

Organize and manage case files, calendars, and deadlines

Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts

Coordinate depositions, expert meetings, and court filings

Assist with trial prep, including exhibits and witness lists

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or relevant degree required

3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense

Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court rules (state and federal)

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, hybrid (3/2)
